We are proud to offer grain- and pasture-raised pork with no added chemicals or hormones. Our pigs are well cared for, spoiled with garden treats, and raised with plenty of love and quality feed.
We primarily sell pork by the whole or half hog. You pay the farm directly based on hang weight, and processing fees are paid directly to the butcher. We work with a variety of trusted processors, including Lake Geneva Country Meats, Wilson Farm Meats (Elkhorn), and Two Creek Farms LLC (Union Grove), and we’re open to others depending on availability. Each butcher offers their own cut sheets with a wide range of options, which we encourage you to review.
Hang weights vary by pig and processing availability, and we do not guarantee final sizes. Our hogs typically range from 180 to 250+ pounds hang weight.
We also offer individual cuts for those who’d like to sample our farm-raised pork before committing. Many of our customers start this way and later choose to purchase a whole or half hog.
Because we are a small-scale farm and our pork sells quickly, we highly recommend reaching out early and placing your $100 deposit before spring. This secures your spot and helps us raise the correct number of pigs to meet demand.
